The Commurban application is developed and deployed as part of the “Sino-European innovative green and smart cities” SiEUGreen project which has received funding from from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research, and Innovation programme, under grant Agreement N 774233 and from the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology and is coordinated by NORGES MILJO-OG BIOVITENSKAPLIGE UNIVERSITET, Norway. CREVIS SPRL is in charge of the development of the Commurban application. The application is operated by DRAXIS Environmental S.A., who is providing the servers and the developer accounts. CREVIS SPRL is 100% owned by DRAXIS Environmental S.A..
Commurban is an application that helps you create and explore various Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects related to agriculture, urban farming, gardening, smart balcony, energy, recycling, waste management and generally any topic that promotes an environmental friendly culture. Commurban allows you to post content, including photos, comments, links, and other materials, as they create their DIY project. Additionally, you are able to form groups and create various group projects related to the abovementioned topics.
Using the Commurban application and publishing any personal information relies on your consent. You can remove your account and all your personal information from the application at any time. You also agree that you will be consistent with the purpose of the application and will not participate in, publish or create any improper content or content containing nudity, threats, violence, abusive statements including racial, sexual, offensive, provocative or discriminatory and information invading an individual’s privacy. CREVIS SPRL reserves the rights to disable user accounts and remove measurements and/or photos, as well any content that does not meet the above rules.
Your email address is being collected during the registration to the application to define your user rights. Participation in the Commurban application does not create any right or benefit against CREVIS SPRL and DRAXIS Environmental S.A. and its departments.
Commurban is committed to protect your privacy and give you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Commurban mobile application and governs data collection and usage. By using the Commurban application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
When you sign up for or use Commurban, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, profile photo, your projects comments, and any other information you give us. You can also choose to share with us the location of your projects or photos and videos. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information through Commurban public message boards (e.g. your address, etc), this information may be collected and used by others.
Commurban collects and uses your personal information to operate the Commurban application. Your personal information is collected and used for as long as you use the application. If you decide to delete your account you need to use the respective functionality, which is available in the mobile app and all your personal information will be permanently deleted after seven days. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion on current services or on potential new ones that may be offered. Commurban may share anonymized data with trusted partners for research purposes or to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information and will sign an agreement with Commurban to maintain the confidentiality of the provided information. Commurban does not ask and therefore does not disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion or political affiliations.
You may access your personal data and rectify or block it at any time, in case the data is incorrect or incomplete. You are also invited to contact us if you have comments or questions, any concern or complaint regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
